Elartech, Inc. is a developer and manufacturer of video surveillance and close circuit television (CCTV) equipment with offices in Seattle, WA and Washington D.C. The company was founded by experienced CCTV enthusiasts, developers, specialists and investors. We have developed and trademarked innovative technology that is unique to the industry. Our products are built on quality branded hardware and feature top-of-the-line components. Elartech offers a complete line of state-of-the-art CCTV products under two brand names, Streamvision™ and Luxar™.

We are also a distributor of selected well known brands such as Computar®, Ganz®, Arecont, F-Conn Industries, Cable Pro, Cyrex.
